This forum, co-hosted by Can Tho University, AEON Vietnam, TAKESHO FOOD VIETNAM, and TAKESHO FOOD & INGREDIENTS, aims to contribute to the sustainable development of the Mekong Delta region. It seeks to enhance the product development capabilities and product quality of local enterprises while strengthening the collaboration between industries, government, and academia through the establishment of a robust network.
