On January 22, 2025, a signing ceremony for the Comprehensive Partnership Agreement was held at University of Niigata Prefecture. The event was attended by President Wakasugi of University of Niigata Prefecture and our company’s President Tanaka.
This partnership is aimed at fostering collaboration in developing and enhancing the value of food ingredients and processed foods, with a focus on contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By working closely with University of Niigata Prefecture, TAKESHO seeks to play an active role in advancing Vietnam’s food industry and strengthening the international competitiveness of the Mekong Delta region through the following initiatives:
- Developing high-value-added powdered food ingredients utilizing appealing agricultural and aquatic products, as well as underutilized resources from the Mekong Delta region in Vietnam. These products will be promoted worldwide under our powdered food ingredient brand “MillGlobe.”
- Supporting food processing manufacturers in the thriving Mekong Delta region with their product development efforts. This includes offering expertise in key areas, such as flavor formulation design and optimal ingredient procurement, while leveraging our extensive experience in supporting product development specifically within the food industry.
